What is a Sage Books Despatch Note?

  • This is a despatch confirmation email which is automatically sent when your Sage Books Ltd. order is confirmed to be despatched by our UK warehouse. 
  • This is only sent out for orders that are despatched. Therefore, if your order is a back-order you will receive a despatch confirmation email for any back-order release as this will be released under a new invoice.
  • The despatch note does not include a copy of the invoice, you will receive this separately.
  • You will also receive an order processing confirmation email, if the order was sent to [email protected].

 

What if I use a UK shipper, but the shipping address is my address?


If the order was processed for a UK shipper, then it will be despatched to a UK shipper. However, the despatch note you receive via email will only mention the end/ship to address. 


What does my carrier option mean and can I track this?

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class = UK delivery. So, either a UK customer OR a UK based shipper (no tracking available).
  • Royal Mail Europe = delivery to Europe (no tracking available).
  • Royal Mail International = delivery to Rest of World (no tracking available).
  • DPD = UK delivery. So, either a UK customer OR a UK based shipper (the tracking is provided on the email).
  • DHL Express and Road = delivery direct to your address (trackable, but this will need to be requested from [email protected]).

 

Why does my Despatch Note have 'Electronically Supplied'?

  • 'Electronically Supplied' means that this is for an eProduct.
  • If you unintentionally ordered an eProduct, please contact Customer Services using the contact details below. We will be able to credit this order and send you the relevant paper or hardback information.

 

Can I stop receiving Sage Books Despatch Notes?

  • Yes, please email [email protected] to stop receiving these Despatch Notes. We are able to turn this back on if you require.
