If payment was taken before the dispatch of your Sage Books order, the below information describes how we will refund you this payment.
Credit Card
- If you have returned your order to us, we will process your Credit Card refund during the unpacking process at our warehouse.
- If a refund has been agreed where there is no return of goods, for example the order was lost in transit or you no longer require the supply of your order, our Customer Services team will process the credit upon agreement of this refund.
Cheque / Bank Transfer
If you have paid by Cheque or Bank Transfer, once you receive a copy of your credit note please email our Accounts Receivable team to obtain your refund. The Customer Services team is unable to assist with refunding this credit.
