How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please follow the instructions below: 

  1. Click on the speech bubble on the bottom right of your screen to open up the chatbot.
  2. Ask the chatbot 'where is my order'.
  3. Follow the authentication steps to verify yourself as the account holder. 
  4. Select the order that you would like to review. 


Here are the available statuses and their definitions for your order. If you need further information, please contact our Customer Services Department by clicking the "Contact Support" button below or by using the chatbot and typing 'contact support.'


StatusDefinition
CompleteAll items in this order have been processed and shipped. Please note, this does not mean your order has been delivered yet.
ShippedYour order has been shipped. To find out more about shipment times based on your region, please read the information provided in Sage Books Delivery Methods, Times and Costs.
ProcessingYour order has been confirmed and is currently being processed.
SubscriptionThis is a subscription product, for example, a journal.
InvoicedThe product has been invoiced, meaning the payment has been processed and the order is being prepared. You will receive further updates once the product is ready for dispatch.
BackorderedThe product is currently out of stock but will be available once new stock arrives. Once we receive more stock, you will receive further communication once the product is ready for dispatch.  
Part SuppliedOnly a portion of the quantity requested has been shipped or fulfilled. The remainder will be sent out separately once they become available. You will receive further communication once the items are ready for dispatch.
Part B/O'dSome of your items in the order are currently out of stock. These will be shipped to you once they become available. We will notify you once the back-ordered items are ready for dispatch.  
POD SuppliedPrint on Demand titles are shipped separately within 10 working days. Tracking may be available once the title/s are shipped.
Unsupplied

Indicates that the item is currently unavailable and cannot be shipped at this time. You will receive further communication once the items are ready for dispatch. 

See DetailsIndicates that your order includes multiple items, each with varying statuses. For example, some items may be Complete, and others are still Processing.
