Unfortunately, there may be some instances where there is a discrepancy with your order information. Please see below for information on what to do and who to contact if this is the case.
Online Order Discrepancies
An online order discrepancies might occur for a variety of reasons, including:
- Discount code not working.
- Problems with the billing or delivery address either during or after order placement.

Trade Customer Order Discrepancies
If you are a trade customer and have a discrepancy with your order, please raise a claim by email or telephone. Alternatively, you can contact your sales representative, who will then liaise with the Customer Services team. How do I find my Sage Books sales representative?
