If you have multiple pending charges on your credit card account due to an unsuccessful purchase attempt, these are not actual charges and the funds will not be taken from your account. Please provide the following information in your correspondence:

  1. Order number
  2. Registered email address
  3. Address information
  4. Proof of multiple payments
  5. Payment amount     
  6. Date and time of payment     
  7. Last 4 digits of the credit card used. Please do not include your full credit card information via email.
