Can you approve my Instructor's account?

If we have been unable to verify your account, you will receive an email. If you have not yet received an email, we are still in the process of verifying your account. 

If you have received an email, unfortunately we have been unable to verify your role. If this is the case, please follow the below instructions depending on your role. Please use the contact information below depending on your location to submit your verification.

If you are an instructor, please email one of the following items for verification:

  • Copy of your contract.
  • Screen shot of your course reflecting your name as the instructor.
  • Contact name and email address for Chair of the department we can reach out to for verification.


If you are a graduate student, please email one of the following items for verification:

  • Screen shot of your course reflecting your name as instructor or Teaching Assistant.
  • Contact name and email address for Chair of the department we can reach out to for verification.

All other roles, please email one of the following items for verification:

  • Contact name and email address for Chair of the department we can reach out to for verification.

We will review the information provided. Once you have been verified, your Sage account will be approved.
