Why is my Instructor's account eligibility status pending?

If your status is still pending in your account, this means we are still in the process of verifying your account. 

 

To verify your account, we require you to enter an institution and department. Please ensure that you have entered this information in your account details, this will help us to verify your account. 

 

Please also ensure you have used your academic email address when creating your account. If you need to change your email, please see How do I change/update my registered Instructor’s account details?

 

Please allow 24/48 hours for us to approve your account. For further information on account approval, please see Can you approve my account? If your account has not been approved after this time, please contact us using the information below.
