What should I do if I have a question about a Sage product purchased from another retailer?

Modified on Mon, 20 Oct at 2:50 PM

Thank you for reaching out and expressing concern about the quality of the title you have received.

In order for us to investigate this matter further, please provide us with the following information:

  • Where was the title purchased? From Sage directly or from another vendor?
    • If the item was purchased through a third-party reseller rather than directly from Sage, we recommend reaching out to that reseller for assistance. Please note that third-party purchases may occasionally involve counterfeit copies—these are often created by scanning a legitimate version and reprinting it for resale on platforms like Amazon. Such copies can contain errors and may be of poor quality due to the scanning process.
In these cases, we advise returning the item to the seller, requesting a refund, and reporting the seller to Amazon or the platform where the purchase was made. To ensure you receive a legitimate copy, we encourage purchasing directly from our website.

If purchased directly from Sage, CQ Press or Corwin please provide the following info:

  • Title of the book.
  • ISBN.
  • Pictures of the front and back covers.
  • Pictures of any pages with errors or quality issues.

We will then work with our Production Department who will review the

details and consult our warehouse to identify any quality issues with the title(s) and provide you with an update once more information is available.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional support.
